Toywardens Privacy Policy

• Game account identifier (UID) — created automatically by Firebase Authentication the first time you open the game. If you are signed in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), that platform identity is linked to the account so your progress follows you to a new device. We do not receive your email address or password.
• Game progress — heroes, items, currencies, unlocked maps, settings and similar save data, stored on your device and backed up to Cloud Firestore under your UID.
• Gameplay analytics — events such as run start and end, level reached, choices made and purchase outcomes, sent to Google Analytics for Firebase only if you give consent.
• Crash data — device model, OS version and stack traces collected by Firebase Crashlytics when the game crashes.
• Advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID) — used by AdMob and its mediation partners when you choose to watch a rewarded ad, subject to your consent and your device settings.
• Purchase records — if you buy something in the game, Apple or Google processes the payment. We receive confirmation of the product purchased, never your payment details.

• Keep your game account and restore your progress on reinstall or a new device.
• Balance and improve the game using aggregate analytics.
• Find and fix crashes.
• Show rewarded ads you choose to watch, and grant their rewards.
• Deliver in-game purchases.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

There are no chat, friend or public profile features in Toywardens; other players cannot see your data.

Toywardens shows rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch one (for example, to receive a bonus). Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may route the request to mediation partners (Unity Ads, Liftoff Monetize, AppLovin). These services may use your advertising identifier to show personalised ads.

On iOS we ask permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we use Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent under the GDPR, and you can change your choice from the game's settings.

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.

Toywardens may offer optional purchases of in-game items and currency. Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see or store your payment information.

Your save is kept on your device and in Cloud Firestore, hosted on Google Cloud. We keep it for as long as your game account exists. Analytics and crash data are retained according to Firebase's standard retention settings. See Firebase's privacy information.

Toywardens is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@mooderbaylabs.com and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to withdraw consent for analytics or personalised ads at any time.

You can delete your game account and cloud save from within the game (Settings → Delete Account) or by email. See the Toywardens Account Deletion page.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
