Toywardens Account Deletion

Summary: This page is for Toywardens: Survivor Defense by MooderBay Labs. You can delete your game account and all progress from within the game, or ask us by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. What Gets Deleted

  • Your Firebase game account (UID) and its link to Game Center or Google Play Games.
  • Your cloud save (heroes, items, currencies, unlocked maps, settings).
  • The save data stored on your device.

After deletion the game starts fresh with a new, empty account.

2. Delete In the Game

  1. Open Toywardens and tap the Settings button on the main menu.
  2. Tap “Delete Account”.
  3. The button asks you to confirm — tap it once more.

Your account and cloud save are deleted immediately.

3. Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot open the game, email support@mooderbaylabs.com with the subject Toywardens Account Deletion Request. Include your Player ID, shown at the bottom of the game's Settings screen, or your Game Center / Google Play Games name, so we can find your account.

We confirm deletion within 7 business days.

4. What Is Not Deleted

  • Purchase receipts held by Apple or Google, under their own retention policies.
  • Analytics and crash datathat are not linked to your identity, kept for Firebase's standard retention period (at most 14 months for analytics).
  • Your Game Center or Google Play Games profile itself — those belong to Apple and Google.
