Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Focus Pet ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free and premium users.

The App is operated by Focus Pet ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Focus Pet. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App and agree to these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Focus Pet for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include:

• Modifying, copying, or distributing any part of the App.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
• Using the App for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
• Removing any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

Focus Pet offers optional in-app purchases including:

• Focus Pet Premium (Monthly) — a recurring monthly subscription.
• Focus Pet Premium (Yearly) — a recurring annual subscription.
• Coin Packs — one-time purchases of in-game currency.

All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform account settings:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Focus Pet.
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Focus Pet.

Cancelling your subscription will not delete your in-app progress. Premium features will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

In-game currency (coins) purchased or earned within the App has no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts or devices, and is non-refundable.

Coin Booster is a time-limited multiplier available to Premium subscribers that temporarily increases coins earned from focus sessions. It is a feature benefit of the Premium subscription and does not constitute a separate purchase.

The free version of Focus Pet is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of ads. You may remove ads by upgrading to Focus Pet Premium.

On iOS devices, we will request your permission before showing personalised ads in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

You agree not to use Focus Pet to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Use any automated means to access or interact with the App.

All content within Focus Pet — including but not limited to pet sprites, artwork, animations, sounds, text, and the app name "Focus Pet" — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our prior written permission.

Focus Pet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available in future versions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or in-app progress, arising from your use of or inability to use Focus Pet.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for Focus Pet or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of the App Store or Google Play, the applicable platform terms shall govern with respect to usage rules.

Apple and Google have no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for Focus Pet.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Focus Pet at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Focus Pet shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
